Explore ProductIn-depth insights into technological transformations, global carbon neutrality goals, and advanced structural lightweight forming methodologies.
The global metal forming and composite manufacturing landscapes are undergoing a fundamental transformation. Driven by stringent environmental legislation and electric vehicle range optimization requirements, manufacturers are pivoting toward advanced high-strength steels (AHSS), lightweight aluminum, and carbon fiber composite materials. Producing these complex shapes demands high-precision control of pressure, speed, and heat profiles.
Advanced forming processes, such as Hot Stamping Hydraulic Press lines, Superplastic Forming (SPF), and High-Pressure Resin Transfer Molding (HP-RTM) systems, are essential. These processes allow engineers to form intricate parts with high structural strength while minimizing total weight, improving component performance and manufacturing yield.
Modern production facilities require more than standalone machinery; they demand integrated, intelligent networks. Standard machinery is evolving into cyber-physical units equipped with arrayed sensor suites, real-time feedback loops, and automated diagnostics. Utilizing AI models allows operators to perform predictive maintenance on hydraulic sealing structures and servo valves, avoiding catastrophic downtime.
Additionally, multi-station automation with high-precision robotic transfers ensures consistent cycle times. Smart HMI panels enable operators to adjust tooling settings on the fly, maximizing flexibility and minimizing changeover times.
Selecting the right production partner requires verifying technical capabilities, automation compatibility, and post-installation support. Modern heavy-forming presses must feature closed-loop hydraulic oil temperature control, high-efficiency servo pump drive structures, and compliance with CE, OSHA, and global safety protocols.

Our systems address off-center loading through structural design and real-time electronic compensation. We analyze press frames using Finite Element Method (FEM) software to design structure points for minimum deflection. In addition, our machinery features an active four-point leveling system with proportional valves and linear encoders, dynamically adjusting cylinder pressure to keep the slide level under uneven load conditions.
LFT-D (Long-Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Direct forming) integrates compounding and compression molding into a single step. By feeding raw polymer and continuous glass/carbon fibers directly into the system, it avoids the cost of semi-finished materials. This process preserves fiber length, improving the mechanical strength and impact resistance of structural components, making it ideal for automotive underbody shields and structural frames.
Our high-speed hot stamping lines integrate quick-transfer robotics, multi-chamber furnace controls, and rapid closing press structures. The control system regulates slide speed to contact the heated blanks (approx. 950°C) with minimum temperature loss. The press then delivers full tonnage, holding the material inside water-cooled dies to quench the steel, achieving a martensitic structure with tensile strength up to 1500-2000 MPa.
All machinery exported to Europe and the Americas complies with regional safety standards, including CE marking, EN ISO 16092 (safety requirements for hydraulic presses), and OSHA regulations. Safety systems feature dual-channel safety PLC controls, optical light curtains, interlocked physical barriers, and monitored hydraulic valves to prevent accidental slide descent.
Yes. Our control systems use open industrial communication protocols (such as OPC UA, Profinet, and EtherCAT). This allows our presses to interface with external robots, feed lines, dosing systems, and shop floor MES software, creating a unified manufacturing cell.
